Sales staff was very aggressive. Sales manager actually got visibly angry and raised his voice because I didn't want to immediately buy the vehicle he offered. The first thing I said to the salesman when approached was that I wasn't buying today, but definitely within the week. They played delaying games to keep me in the dealership. Additionally, the deal they offered me was terrible compared to every other Chevy dealer in the local area. I won't even check here next time I need a vehicle.

I purchased a truck from Lakeside Chevy Buick from out of state. I live just outside of Boston and lakeside Chevy Buick is in Pennsylvania. I was online looking for vehicles and found one that had a great price at Lakeside. I called them and asked how I would do an out-of-state purchase sight unseen. They said I had to just send them the relevant information such as drivers license, insurance policy, and anything else. They took care of all the financing, help me with the delivery of the vehicle to my house. They made the experience a very easy process. They kept in touch with me the whole time. I've been to many dealerships and I feel like this one played no games. They were just honest nice people. I dealt with the salesman Charles Perry. If you are considering buying a vehicle from Lakeside or if you are out of state and would like to purchase one I can at least tell you it went very well for me. I also went online to read the reviews about this dealership before I purchased it and found that they had a good rating especially compared to other dealerships. I would purchase from them again. Only giving 1 star due to the fact I took my car to service department to have timing fixed at $1500 and 2 month down the road the timing went again. Took it back thinking they would warranty it and make it right but nope cost me another $500. Was told by service department that it was my fault for buying cheap Wal-Mart engine oil. Now 3 months later and the timing has gone again. Will not go back and have more inferior work done. Bad experience all the way around.
