My grandfather and family has been staying at this bed and breakfast for years. Over the years they have become very close friends with the owners but they still remain professional and insist on waiting on the entire family. They are very friendly and will treat you with respect no matter who you are. It is a beautiful country setting and you will have lots of privacy and peace here. Breakfast is always delicious and served hot when you are ready. Their isn't a better place to stay.

It's a nice place for kids or if you have a boat. The people are friendly but the area is run down. Don't ever get the same room. It's a 8x8 box. Get the standard room.

Amazing place run by an amazing couple!

This is such an amazing B&B that I would really like to keep this gem all to my greedy self! The innkeepers (Ted and Norma) cordially welcome you into their clean comfortable home. The farmhouse has the feel of a favorite Grandma’s hug but with modern amenities like satellite TV and a strong cell phone signal that keeps you connected if you can’t live without them. Norma whips up a mean breakfast utilizing tasty local specialties. Our Cinnamon Swirl French Toast was made to order and served with eggs, bacon, regular toast, fruit cup and really good coffee. When you are ready to explore there are all kinds of relaxing areas and their farm is a beautiful bucolic setting for some nature, hiking and alone time. If socializing is your thing, they are located between Erie and the New York border; smack dab in the middle of some great wineries, breweries, casinos and restaurants. There are two beautifully appointed rooms and they welcome kids and for a slight up-charge you can bring your pet. There are the usual farm cats and chickens abound! I feel I've made friends for life with Ted and Norma and I can't wait until my next adventure in the fall. Oh, if you’re coming from the west, do yourself a favor and DON’T follow Google maps, especially if you come after dark. Take I-90 to exit 41, head north on Rte. 89 to W Law Road and turn left (westbound). Follow W Law Rd to Williams Rd and turn left. Follow Williams Rd for a little bit until you see the big green farmhouse on your left; then you are home. Enjoy!

Most wonderful place to stay in North East . You couldn't find a nicer and more down-to-earth place . Great breakfast and lots to watch while eating it. Ted and Norma are the best, and it feels like home away from home.
